Broadway Grand facade revealed!

July 21, 2007

In case you hadn’t noticed (it was accompanied by street closures and a huge American flag hanging over Broadway), Signature Properties’ immense Broadway Grand condo complex has doffed part of its netting. How effectively has the architect broken up the mass of the 400-unit building? You be the judge. W Grand Ave at Broadway.

Also, today Alfonso Dominguez (of Drift Denim and Tamarindo) opens a furniture and art gallery at the corner of Ninth and Broadway. It’s called Fiveten Studio, and the doors open at five this evening.

there is one correction to the last post…there are 132 units in the Broadway Grand building. They are touring models now and the building looks great!

Thanks, dtofriend. 400 units would be the total of the three phases of development; the current building is just the first phase.
